INTERNATIONAL:

We sell our machines loaded onto lorries or in containers, ex the workshop, or despatched to their destination by land, air or sea depending on the type of machine and the customer's wishes. We are able to take care of the formalities involved in transport by lorry or container via our usual carriers, or customers can work with the shipping agent of their choice who will take care of the formalities and transport for them.

Our delivery terms are according to the customer's request:

EX-SITE - ex the printers, loading not included

LOT/LOC - loaded on a lorry or in a container, ex our workshops

FOB Antwerp - free on board the ship for sea transport to the port of your choice

C+F destination - cost and freight, all the costs included to the destination port, except for sea freight insurance.

For dispatches by sea (in a grouped LCL container or in full FCL container), all our machines are protected by anti-corrosion varnish and fully shrink wrapped. They are fixed to pallets or timbers depending on the type of loading. For grouped despatches (sea or air freight), we offer secure packing in a wooden case in order to avoid any risk of loss or breakage during handling and transport to the destination.

For countries subject to fumigation regulations for despatches containing wood packing or fixing, we supply boxes/pallets that are fumigated in accordance with the standards. ISPM 15 / NIMP 15 with a fumigation certificate.

With its great experience, our handling team takes care of loading onto a lorry or into a container at our premises using our own equipment. We can thus load in a bay or using a fork lift with a 1 to 10 tonne lifting capacity. We take great care to fix and secure all the machines securely on the lorry or in the container.

Photos of the loading are always sent to the customer who is kept informed at all stages of the order, from packing to dispatch.

NATIONAL:

For our customers in Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, we sell reconditioned machines, delivered, assembled, installed and levelled in your premises, with electrical connections and commissioning (delivery by quotation according to the number of machines being delivered and the location).

Delivery can be using our delivery van, crane lorry or by grouped and sheeted load from our workshops to your premises, depending on the goods. We take care of all the equipment required for secure delivery and full installation in your premises.
